Customer Service


Who came up with the motto, "the customer is always right?" They are NOT always right. Sometimes they are, but not ALWAYS!!


If I were able to, I'd change that motto around to something like this, so everyone's happy:

 "The customer is sometimes right."


Or even better, I'd change it to something that would keep me happy:

"The customer is always wrong."

  2. It's just some kind of trick to make customers believe they have the upper hand. Nobody cares about them. They just want their money.

  7. I love this... I think this all day at work.. i just want to slap people and tell them this is my job and trust me i know it better than you do!

  15. When I'm so rich I won't care about profit anymore, I'm opening my own place, and 'customer is always wrong' will be our motto, as well as 'an offended customer is a well served customer'.

I used to work with an arborist, we would get hired to trim a tree, would explain what we were going to do and that it would take a few months to grow back and look good. when we finished we would get a call from an angry person about how we ruined their tree, then 3 months later another call about how good the tree looked. Kind of wonder why they hired a pro if they didn't trust them.
